Returns & Exchanges Policy

Please refer to our Terms & Conditions page for detailed information on returns or exchanges of products of unacceptable quality.

1. Return and Exchange of goods

Before returning any products to us, you must contact us via phone or email to obtain instructions and authorization for return.

If you are dissatisfied with a product, while we are under no legal obligation to offer a return or exchange, we will do our best to resolve the issue.

Please note that you are responsible for the cost of shipping the products back to us, unless otherwise stated or agreed upon. You will also be responsible for shipping costs incurred when we send replacement products to you, unless otherwise agreed.

It is your responsibility to ensure that any product being returned is securely packed. We are not responsible for any product damage that occurs during transit if the return is not properly packaged.

2. Undeliverable Goods

2.1 Undeliverable Parcels: If your parcel is returned to us due to reasons such as an unclaimed parcel, invalid address, or undeliverability, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the product, even if the order originally qualified for free shipping.

2.2 Order Cancellation After Dispatch: If your parcel has already been dispatched or returned to us, and you choose to cancel your order, we will only refund the cost of the product(s) and not the shipping charges. If the order had free shipping, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

3. Exceptions to Return & Exchange

3.1 Consumable Products: We do not offer returns, replacements, or refunds for consumable products such as e-juice, atomizers, coils, and cartridges if the packaging is broken, unless damaged in transit. Please choose carefully when purchasing these items.

3.2 Batteries:

Different electronic products use different types of batteries, each with a unique lifespan and recharge cycle.

Batteries do not last indefinitely and are generally covered by warranties ranging from one to three months. Please check the specific battery warranty at the time of purchase.

No returns or exchanges are allowed for batteries that degrade due to normal use.

No returns or exchanges will be accepted for products damaged due to misuse or mishandling. This includes, but is not limited to, pressing or twisting battery buttons too hard or using products in a manner for which they were not intended.

These items have different types, prices, and warranties (typically up to three months). Please verify the warranty details at the time of purchase.

4. Scales:

Most scales do not come with calibration weights. If you need them, they must be purchased separately.

Not all scales come with batteries.

Scales cannot be returned once used unless they are defective. If there are issues with your scale, please take it to a store for diagnosis and possible repair.

These items are designed to be used and discarded after a limited number of uses.

No warranty is provided for the quantity of vapor or taste enhancement these products provide.

RDAs should only be purchased by users with prior experience or skill in assembly.

No replacements, exchanges, or refunds will be provided for RDAs once purchased.

Vaporizers require cleaning after each use. If not properly cleaned, they may become blocked, which is not covered under warranty.

Vaporizers sold are for tobacco use only. Warranties do not cover issues related to changes of mind, or variations in smoke or flavor production.

Grinders are designed to grind tobacco only. No warranty is provided for damage caused by misuse or use with other materials.

Please follow the instructions for proper use—most grinders should only be turned clockwise. If handled improperly, they may break, and no warranty will be provided for operator error.

Glass items (such as shisha pipes, bowls, or parts) are not covered by warranty once used.

If glass items arrive damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We may ask for photos and will require the product and packaging to be returned.

5. Warranty Period

All products are covered by a 3-month warranty from the original date of purchase, unless specified otherwise.

If a manufacturer’s warranty exceeds three months, you will need to contact the manufacturer directly for any claims. Any costs associated with contacting the manufacturer are the sole responsibility of the customer.
