Consumer Protection Laws

This warranty is provided in addition to your rights under the applicable U.S. consumer protection laws, including the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act and any applicable state laws. This warranty does not affect your statutory rights under the law.

If you are a "consumer" (as defined by the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act), this warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by state.

Fit for Purpose

Our products are designed for specific uses. Please ensure that you select the correct product for your intended use. If you change your mind about the product after purchase, we are under no obligation to offer a refund or exchange, except where required by law.

Unacceptable Quality

If you receive products with any defects, you must notify us of the issue within 30 days from the date of receipt. For any product found to be defective due to manufacturing errors, we will offer either a replacement, repair, or refund, at our discretion.

In assessing whether a product is defective, we will consider the nature of the product, its cost, and any representations made by us or the manufacturer. If the product is damaged or tampered with after delivery, this warranty will not apply.

Exclusions from Warranty

Coils, Pods, Tanks, Cartridges, Mouthpieces, E-liquids: These consumables are not covered unless damaged in transit or otherwise stated.
Batteries: Limited lifespan; not covered for normal wear, degradation, or improper handling.
Misuse or Mishandling: Damage from improper use or non-intended purposes voids warranty.
Rebuildable Devices (RDA, RDTA, RTA): Sold to experienced users; no warranty due to their complexity.
Heat Not Burn Products: No coverage for staining, odors, or non-tobacco use.
Grinders: Covered only for tobacco use. Other uses void warranty.
Glass Items: No warranty after use. Damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Detox & Flush Kits: No warranty. Results vary per individual; not guaranteed.
